In 2023, TES began investing in the reconstruction of a quarter of streets in the prestigious Lapa district of Lisbon. Our work includes comprehensive renovation of historic buildings and their outdoor areas to restore their former charm and splendour.

As part of the project, we plan to create 12 exclusive residential apartments, private swimming pools, and an underground parking area. The total usable area of the project is approx. 3,000 m².

Due to the cultural and historical richness of the renovated buildings, the work will be carried out under the strict supervision of a conservator, ensuring the preservation of the original architectural details and the character of the place.

The planned completion date of the works is 2026.
