Near the right abutment of the Janowice flap weir on the Oder River, we are constructing a Small Hydroelectric Power Plant. This is a step towards modern, sustainable energy, combining the use of natural water resources with environmental care.

The power plant will be run-of-river, meaning it will use the Oder’s water without affecting the water level or flood water conditions. This project will contribute to the efficient generation of energy while preserving the river’s natural ecological processes.

As part of the investment, intake and outlet channels will be built, along with a fish pass, enabling free movement of fish along the river. The entire project will support the development of renewable energy sources in the region.
